I was born in Kenya, and grew up surrounded by the beauty of East Africa’s Great Rift Valley. My family all enjoy sports, from my grandfather who swam and played tennis to my father who was a passionate squash player. Growing up, I was immersed in a culture of sports including cross-country running, cricket, field hockey, rugby and boxing.
I have lived in Vancouver since December 2009. After settling into my studies at SFU’s Beedie School of Buisiness -(http://beedie.sfu.ca/engaged/profile/Azad.php), I engaged in a variety of sports, from field hockey (tried out for Canada’s National Junior Team), and boxing before finding my passion and comfort – the gym! I was bitten by the “Iron Bug” and from April 2010 I embarked on my physical and mental transformation. On this journey, I have helped individuals inspired by passion and enthusiasm to reach their fitness goals. I enjoyed helping these people; I enjoyed seeing them become physically and mentally healthier. I offer that same standard of care to my clients. In a nutshell, I am committed to the art of bodybuilding and weight training.
I am a natural athelete and have never used steroids or any performance enhancing drugs.
